1. Validity
These cancellation and payment terms apply to all bookings for NIEL 71 Suite, located at Nielstraat 71A, 3840 Tongeren - Borgloon, Belgium.
By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Payment

• The full amount of the stay is paid at the time of booking.

• The reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Payment is made via the payment methods offered by NIEL 71 Suite (bank transfer, payment platform, etc.).

 

3. Cancellation Terms
Standard policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival
  Full refund of the amount paid.

• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival
  Refund of 50% of the total amount.

• Within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show
  No refund possible.

 

4. Changes
Date changes are possible upon request and subject to availability.
If a change results in a shorter stay within the cancellation periods above, the terms above continue to apply.

 

5. Cancellation by NIEL 71 Suite
In exceptional cases (force majeure, unforeseen circumstances), NIEL 71 Suite reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.

 

6. Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to avoid unexpected costs in the event of illness or force majeure.

 

7. Refunds
Any refunds will be made within 14 business days after confirmation of the cancellation, using the same payment method as the original payment.

 

8. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
