It's a warm suite in the middle of Haspengouw's green countryside, where every detail invites you to slow down. To feel, rather than think. We chose natural, sustainable materials, soft colors, and plenty of natural light, with care.
Outside, the rolling landscape of Haspengouw stretches out. Miniature donkeys, goats, and horses live quietly in the meadows around the house — part of the daily rhythm you're welcome to feel here too.
Here you don't have to do anything. You're allowed to simply be.

Our private sauna with outdoor shower is entirely yours — an intimate spot where the heat slowly eases your shoulders and clears your mind. No crowds, no rush.

Step outside, and nature begins right away. Soft hills, open fields, the scent of fruit and earth. Orchards that change with the seasons, paths that lead nowhere in particular yet always end up somewhere beautiful. There's nothing to plan. You simply step outside — and the rest happens on its own.

The hostess is a ceramicist. She works carefully, with clay and fire. Not because it's required, but because it belongs that way.
Next to the suite you'll find her studio and a small shop filled with handmade ceramics. Not art, but objects meant to be lived with. To hold, to use, to cherish.

What an incredibly delightful discovery NIEL 71 Suite is. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here, and we can only sing praises about this special place.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Dominique and Marco. You immediately feel the hospitality and the passion with which they have furnished this suite.
The accommodation is spacious, luxurious, beautifully finished, and cared for down to the smallest details. Everything has been thought through. What makes this place extra special is its personal touch. The beautiful ceramics found throughout the suite are handmade by Dominique herself. This gives the accommodation a unique and warm atmosphere that you won't easily find anywhere else.
The wellness area is also an absolute plus. The sauna heats up quickly, offers plenty of privacy, and connects perfectly with the suite. A wonderful place to fully unwind.
In the morning, we were also treated to a delicious breakfast. A special detail was the homemade sourdough bread, prepared with great care and attention.
Just like the rest of the stay, you can taste the hostess's love and passion for her craft in it. We travel regularly and have stayed in many places, but NIEL 71 Suite is truly one of those hidden gems you rarely find.
Surrounded by beautiful Belgian orchards, you enjoy luxury, peace, privacy, and exclusivity, combined with the genuine hospitality of two exceptionally kind people.
For anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we can warmly recommend this place. A unique experience we look back on with great pleasure, and one we would certainly like to return to.
